This set of 5 pieces tungsten carbide rotary burrs are all single cut type and used for aluminum. 5 different types of cut heads are used for different applications. The shapes including SA-cylindrical shape, SC-cylindrical shape with radius end, SD-Ball shape, SF-Round nose tree, and SL-tapered cone with radius end.
KONE uses 92 HRS hardness of durable tungsten carbide, which improves the performance and wear lifespan of tungsten carbide rotary burrs. A set of 5 different shapes can suit different applications of aluminum cutting.


lSA-cylindrical shape is mainly used for processing “surface outline”.
lSC-cylindrical shape with radius end is mainly used for processing “surface outline”and “circular outline”
lSD-Ball shape is mainly used for machining “surface outline”, de-burring at the caliber and pre-processing of front welding section.
lSF-Round nose tree is mainly used for machining “narrow outline”and “surface outline”.
lSL-tapered cone with radius end is mainly used for machining “circular outline”at narrow places.
