Carbide Hole Razor Deep Bevel contains a conical edge, a cone welding part and a cutting edge which are all connected a whole by cemented carbide. The taper of tungsten carbide hole for deep razor is 0.3, and the hole's front has a cutting edge. Besides, the taper of cone welding part is 0.25, length of product covers one third of cutting part. Those cemented carbide hole razor's head are equipped with cutting edge, so they can be erected to ore tools like hammer. Carbide hole razor deep bevel keeps sharp until the cemented carbide worn out. Rear end of the product is designed a cone welding part to distribute large area stress relief. Carbide hole gets the advantage that is easy processing, good sharp effect, high service durability and convenient maintenance.
