Konetool TCT brad-point dowel drill bits are known for their long-lasting outstanding performance. They create accurate and tear-free holes in wood, laminate, and other wood composites. Compared with our carbide-inserted brad-point dowel drill bit which has a small slice of tungsten carbide inserted into the drilling tip, our TCT brad-point dowel drill bit’s entire drilling tip is made of tungsten carbide. Two types of TCT brad-point dowel drill bits, TCT brad-point dowel drill bit-Type A and TCT brad-point dowel drill bit-Type B, are provided by Konetool. The tip geometries of type-A bit and type-B bit are different, which are shown as follows:

In certain sizes, the type-B bits are also available as solid carbide boring bits. The cutting diameter of type-A bits ranges from 5mm to 15mm; the diameter of solid carbide type-B bits size from 3mm to 6mm and the diameter of TCT type-B bits size from 5mm to 15mm. The shank lengths are all 20mm.
